Summer of '08

There is a video clip at Breitbart.com that instantly caught my attention.

There have been 21 shootings in Chicago in the last 24 hour period. The shootings were mostly gang related. Four people were killed, others are in hospitals in critical condition.

The recession coupled with stagnant wages, inflation particularly higher food and gas prices, less available credit for student loans and other personal credit needs particularly loans for trade and community colleges, mortgage criteria rising to a higher standards, and higher unemployment are all factors that will kindle inner city violence.
