We've seen this before. The Bush administration's answer to AIDS and STD, teen pregnancy, and all things sexual outside of the realm of the administration's ideas on marriage, is to just say no.
For some reason at this moment I am thinking, how are you gonna keep them down on the farm...
The BBC is providing one of the more recent articles on the issue. The title is misleading. It might very well read - 'How in the world could US abstinence only policy possibly succeed?'
Has US abstinence policy failed?
