The 32% mark has shown up on another poll recently. He is drifting down.

The Hill: Monmouth poll: Trump approval rating hits record-low 32 percent By Avery Anapol

A quick glance at 538's aggregate polling data shows Trump at 36.6% approval. This is on Wednesday December 13th at 3:00 PM. I write this because the polls come in regularly and the changes in the aggregate happen throughout the day. The number is significant because it is the lowest percent of approval for Trump since he went into office. Trump's popularity is declining. Could it be that the Trump run is finally over.

How New Yorkers Lose Under The Trump Tax Cut

NY Times: How New Yorkers Would Lose Under the Republican Tax Bill By BEN CASSELMAN and PATRICK McGEEHAN
The bill, if enacted into law, could send home prices tumbling 10 percent or more in parts of the New York area, according to one economic analysis. It could increase the regional tax burden, complicating companies’ efforts to attract skilled workers. It could make it harder for state and local governments to pay for upgrades to the transit system and other infrastructure. And it could force cuts in federal programs that help immigrants, the elderly and other low-income residents afford the region’s high cost of living.

Most significantly, the bill would eliminate the deduction for state and local income taxes, and would cap the deduction for property taxes at $10,000.

Section eight of the deal reached by Donald Trump’s former national security adviser in the inquiry into Russian meddling in the US election is entitled “cooperation”. It specifies that as well as answering questions and submitting to government-administered polygraph tests, Flynn’s cooperation “may include … participating in covert law enforcement activities”.

Long-time students of federal law enforcement practices agreed, speaking anonymously, that “covert law enforcement activities” likely refers to the possibility of wearing a concealed wire or recording telephone conversations with other potential suspects. It is not known whether Flynn has worn a wire at any time.

Grab Man

NY Times: Billy Bush: Yes, Donald Trump, You Said That By BILLY BUSH
He said it. “Grab ’em by the pussy.”

Of course he said it. And we laughed along, without a single doubt that this was hypothetical hot air from America’s highest-rated bloviator. Along with Donald Trump and me, there were seven other guys present on the bus at the time, and every single one of us assumed we were listening to a crass standup act. He was performing. Surely, we thought, none of this was real.

We now know better.
