Volkswagen...a sponsor of the 2008 Beijing games, urged China's government on Thursday to embrace the spirit of the Olympic Games.The Chinese occupation of Tibet and the ongoing brutal disassembly of the Tibetan culture are at the center of this demand. Worldwide protests are shining a powerful light on this tragedy as the Olympic torch makes its way around the world.

I cannot recall a corporation putting forth this type of demand and statement. Its unusual. On the surface it appears to be responsible. Below the surface, that's another question...
