Zeppelin


I like this BBC article on zeppelin travel.

Flying from a different perspective
Helium is now used as buoyancy for airships, this is sometimes called non-flammable helium as if there is another kind. There is not.

And this light gas is more inert than water. It certainly cannot catch fire.

Its a safe way to travel, a bit slow and leisurely, but it appeals to my senses. Definitely an ecological/green way of doing things, perhaps its an air travel alternative of the future that is ready for the present.
