Stay Trim, Stop Drinking So Much, Exercise


On behalf of the men in the world, we want the incidence of breast cancer in women to go down, not increase, and eventually to even go to zero cases.

Who wants to see their mother, or wife, or girlfriend, or daughter, or co-worker, or friend get breast cancer. But you got to do your part. It means no booze, lose weight, exercise, and how about yoga and less stress. This is a non partisan issue.

Simple changes to women's lifestyles could prevent one in 10 cases of breast cancer by 2024, say experts.

Cutting back on long-term HRT use, keeping in trim, drinking less, and exercising could help prevent 5,700 cases a year (that's just in Britain alone), said Cancer Research UK.

HRT = hormone replacement therapy
