We are seeing some very strange and harsh reactions by the police to protesters at the RNC. Amy Goodman's arrest was harsh. And then there is the pre-emptive arrests. WTF!

Meanwhile the RNC itself is having its own issues.

Bush is not speaking. Think about this, this is huge. The President will not address his own party's convention. Republicans never cease to amaze. If you do not see it, its not there.

Also meanwhile, Palin is proving to be far far less than people are being led to believe. Her daughter is pregnant and the sex education issue is coming into focus - where is sex ed in the platform. This is very strange.

Also it is now known that Palin has nothing to do with the National Guard in Alaska. She does not have military experience, leadership, nothing.

And it gets crazier - in the most absurd thing, of the many absurd things coming from Republicans lately, Palin is alleged to have foreign diplomacy experience because Alaska is near Russia! Hey I went to England twice, where do I submit my resume to Republicans for the Ambassador's position?
