I love the way its being described in the media as Democrats are offering a "fraction." A fraction, $150Billion is a fraction. Why didn't they call it chump change.

It's because IMHO both parties really answer to essentially the same class of people. OK, Buffet is a demo. true but look at how he's reacting today. The people who own the demos. are arguably more socially liberal but that's about it. $$ runs the country.If the $$ guys say jump it's just a matter of how high these klowns are going to jump not whether they are.
