McCain Plays America For The Fool

McCain's suspending his campaign yesterday for his heroic horseback march to Washington DC to save the economy from the tragic strategically planned contempt of his idol, George Bush, was pure nonsense.

Looking around the internet we see he is dutifully being ripped up by the media for dodging his commitment to debate Obama on Friday night.

This is another Karl Rove moment - "Hey John we'll just play on the hero status and make you appear as the non partisan savior of the free world. Nobody will notice the sarcastic twist and spin. You won't have to look all befuddled when you debate the "elitist" Obama. We'll get the noise machine to back you no matter what."

Adding insult to injury McCain picks someone who isn't allowed in front of a microphone because she doesn't know anything. She might look bad, sound bad, screw it up worse. So he can't even use Palin as a stand in. She's red shirted until next year, she's got to sit this one out til next year.

Right now, the McCain campaign is looking about as presidential as a Macy's Thanksgiving float and that's trying to be kind.
