Steve Carell's character in The Office is so politically incorrect that its almost painful to watch him work. You are cringing constantly.
This could be good preparation for watching the debate, watch episodes of The Office and desensitize yourself to the involuntary action of cringing in disbelief.
It actually may be vary humorous. Palin can read a prepared speech written by Republican hacks with the best of them, but getting her off the script could be serious real time comedy.
One thing you can presume, Sean Hannity will be bubbling with venom for Biden and weepy with contentment for Palin.
In case Palin can't make it, Republican operatives are out shopping for a substitute in the form of a potted plant with flag pin.

“He is going to keep the focus on John McCain.”
While he does not expect to make much of any gaffes Palin might commit, he is preparing his own lines of attack on her record.
