Neocon Puff Piece

This NYT article lightly and courteously examines how the 'conservative' movement is retooling. The complete sinking of the Bush Titanic is the immediate cause.

Though never accurately mentioned, the article is about the neo-conservatives and in particular those at the American Enterprise Institute which disastrously came into the prominent foreground under the deft leadership of GW Bush.

Mentally when I think of neoconservatives, the word evisceration automatically pops to mind. Its uncontrollable.

The article politely uses the term 'intellectual' when referencing the actors of this neocon reshaping. Somewhere along the past 5 year line, and I paraphrase, the neocons were accurately compared to a group of overzealous boys playing with toy soldiers and toy guns. The idea being to properly categorize the essential 'intellectual' level.

I have listed their crimes, and crimes they are, many many times over the existence of this so called blog. This cannot be done enough, because like this puffy gloves off article, the American public is still not fully aware of the dehumanizing viciousness of this cast do to a flaccid main stream media.

NYT: Conservative Thinkers Think Again
Mr. Frum also departs from the smaller-government-is-always-better-government dogma and concedes that there are some areas where government has to step in — for instance, prison reform. His list here includes “opportunities for education and self-improvement; conjugal visits; mentoring and support for prisoners’ children.”
So self referentially ego based are these guys, that no doubt Mr. Frum believes this is his radical and new idea.
