Neo Con

One initial comment: The term neocon is ridiculous. There is nothing new here. This is an age old militant and imperialistic approach to foreign policy. We don't have to look too far into the past to find numerous examples of this foreign policy. Attila the Hun comes to mind, for example. No this is not a neo-con, this is a retro-con.
The movement which traces its lineage to the most whacked out right wing crazies that could possibly emerge from WWII, is back in the news.

The President who had his strings pulled regularly by the neocons, is now an object of their derision. Some thanks huh - after all how many other policy disinterested presidents can you expect. OK, maybe that's a bad question.

The Jewish Daily: Neocons Lash Out at White House for Diplomatic Overtures to Iran
The Bush administration’s recent diplomatic overtures toward Iran have unleashed a torrent of criticism from neoconservatives and have fueled concerns in Israel that Washington is shelving the option of using military force against Tehran’s nuclear facilities.
Yes sir, if its not war, its not neocon.
