If you live in upstate NY you are experiencing rain, a lot of rain.
It feels like I live in a rain forest. The plants like it, we are all a little soggy, and anyone with a leaky basement is up to their ankles in water. Ours is dry thank you.
We are getting two kinds of rain precipitation, it rains moderately or its a downpour. I like it, especially the downpours with lightning.
Today's forecast is rain.
