Preventing Heart Attack

"Stopping smoking and maintaining healthy weight levels are the best way to prevent a heart attack. It isn't rocket science but just a matter of getting into the right routine..." source
Hey I'm trying to do this stuff, so you do it to. I'd don't want to be all alone when I'm 80...
