Preventing Heart Attack

Tim Russert's death has already prompted renewed attention to heart attacks and most importantly in how to prevent them.

Its still all about doing the things we've heard for years and years.

Also, by exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet, we can lower high cholesterol and high blood pressure, prevent and control diabetes, and over the long run greatly reduce our chances of having a heart attack.
