I guess u could say they threw the bath water out instead of the babies ( bathers)? Whatever?
Usually there's fish, bird droppings, deer droppings, larva, all kinds of less than desirable stuff for drinking water automatically there, so two kids go skinny dipping and the authorities have a hernia. I don't get it.
