American air and artillery strikes killed 11 Pakistani paramilitary soldiers during a clash with insurgents on the Afghan border on Tuesday night, a development that raised concerns about the already strained American relationship with Pakistan.

Applying the rules of the 'Principle of Universality', how would Americans react to the news that 11 American soldiers were killed by Pakistani troops in a friendly fire incident on the border between Canada and the US. I'm guessing it would start an invasion of Pakistan.
