Just Keep Moving Along

10:09 PM Saturday night

Obama is the winner of South Carolina, he cleaned up.

Rudy received a little more than half as many votes as Ron Paul, again, thankfully. Also note that the Governor of Florida has endorsed McCain, not Giuliani. This must be a kick in the pants of Giuliani's effort to make a strong win in Florida:

Fla. governor endorses McCain
Crist praised McCain as a "true American hero." At a county GOP dinner in St. Petersburg, Crist added, "After thinking about it as much as I have, I don't think anybody would do better than the man who stands next to me, Sen. John McCain."
Note that Democrats once again turned out in greater numbers than Republicans:
Democrats 532,322
Republicans 442,918

McCain is sitting pretty, meaning say hello to at least four more years in Iraq and three or four future years in Iran. We're a warring people, let's get it straight.

Regardless, Edwards is still the best of all of the remaining candidates. I don't fully understand why he is placing last. He's not a rosebud, but he's ever so slightly less enmeshed.

Its a kind of poetic justice really. The so called "Reagan Revolution" is ending up creating the "next" generation of new democratic voters and they're much more to the left then many of the present D's. Now the issue is getting rid of the democratic pols who are really nothing more then Corp. whores themselves. These are truly a bunch of sheep in sheeps clothing and we need to replace them with people who will vote for real change not more of the same burned out Reagan Revolution policies and neo-con foreign policies. With Billary as Co-Pres. though its not likely to happen. Billary was a big de-regulator of the Corp. wolves in our midst and he was a big supporter of Nafta ( export all our jobs for cheaply made crap from anywhere but here.) Billary also was behind the Union busting movement in the 90's. They're just slightly more "liberal" Corp. whores is all.

Nice post GK.

What the hell was the Reagan Revolution anyhow.

Turn America into a complete war based economy, hand the keys over to corporations completely, and blame poor people for all ills.
