Bravo!

Senate holds 12-second session to block Bush
Democrats are keeping the Senate in session to block President Bush from making any recess appointments. During congressional recesses, a constitutional mechanism allows the president to fill top government posts for up to one year without Senate confirmation.
Amazing, is it not? The US Senate has to literally play defense for the American people. They are defending the American people from Bush ideologues who are completely willing to shred the Constitution, enable torture, spy on US citizens, and disable democracy.

The my way or the hi way crowd has already won big time. The SCOTUS is packed with his appointees and they'll spread his poison for decades.

You got that right. We are still feeling it from Reagan as far as judges go.
