Sprung

Could not possibly ask for a more gorgeous day here in upstate NY for the introduction into Spring.

Exceptional.

We spent the day first at a chocolate convention, then onto the long walk at the land preserve. Everything is percolating. Saw lots of painted turtles, deer, ducks, geese, red squirrels, and the buds are red. Its just great.

The body and mind have to adjust. The warmth makes things expand and I'm still slightly frozen. The sun is like water on a dry sponge.
