The Market On Tuesday

Another gray and rainy day here. Ugh.

At 8:40 a.m. futures are flat, the dollar is up against the euro, pound, and the yen, and the price of oil is slightly up.

The market liked the new money infusion into health care, health shares rose yesterday.

The talk is about housing data expected out at 10 a.m. EST. Housing is key to the economy and good numbers will send the market up. Investors like good housing data.

...existing home sales for February will be released at 10:00 a.m. EDT.
