Lose Lose Lose Situation

No free rides, this is a Republican mantra. The new health care bill mandates that the individual must buy or is fined. The details are out there.

Republicans who put forth this idea, now want to sue because their own idea is not appealing to them. How does that work? I sue myself because I don't like my idea.

You got it now...

McClatchy: Health bill included big Republican idea: individual mandate
The lawsuit calls this an "unprecedented encroachment on the liberty of individuals." It states the Constitution doesn't authorize such a mandate, the proposed tax penalty is unlawful and is an "unprecedented encroachment on the sovereignty of the states."

"The truth is this is a Republican idea..."

They are writhing like dying snakes saying virtually anything. The American public is so out of it nobody holds them to it either. That is their biggest asset, our mass stupidity. You and me excluded of course ;-)
