Aunty? Anti!

This poor country, there's such great people here, you know. Still we are awash in a sea of mass confusion.

According to a new Harris poll, 24% of Republicans now believe Obama is the anti-Christ.

Correct me if I am wrong but that would mean that a percentage are simultaneously involved with several Republican sub groups. Someone out there believes that Obama is a Muslim, a socialist, a fascist, the anti-Christ, an immigrant, and a terrorist. Obama is one thing, he is a corporate centrist Democrat with emphasis on the word corporate. We are still trying to delineate Obama policy from corporate Republican policy.

We could dissect this notion and amplify the meaning and try to understand this newest of labels. One thing of which I am completely certain, this percentage is not interested in dialogue. Yes that is an understatement.

Unfortunately, the scent of extremist violence is getting stronger.
