An excerpt from one of the most darkly hilarious films ever - Kubrick's 'Dr. Strangelove.'
The story revolves around a deranged American military base commander who flips out and sends the bases' aircraft off to nuke the USSR.
In this scene, Peter Sellers plays the US President. He has to call his Russian counterpart and tell him what is occurring. He must tell him he has an hour before the USSR is destroyed.
Sellers is outrageous in this movie playing three roles including one very very reminiscent of Henry Kissinger.
