Obama Spanks Clinton

Now there's an image I'm not sure I want to entertain.

Barack Obama cleaned up on Saturday the 9th. He took Washington, Nebraska, Louisiana, and the Virgin Islands. Who knew the Virgin Islands even counted.

CNN: Obama sweeps

Allegedly, Clinton is still leading if one counts the confusing and mysterious 'super delegates.' Apparently that would be the people who actually choose the candidate as opposed to the rest of us who only think we choose the candidate.

Regardless, why does Obama want to increase the military by 92,000 troops. There are stated reasons but we know from experience that a stated reason differs from the real reason.

This is where conjecture and disgruntlement originate.

First off he wants to get us meaning the US out of Iraq. If he in fact did get the troops out of Iraq, would not the military once again be back into cohesive non-straining semblance thereby not necessitating any increases in size.

The military budget redefines the word inflated. There is so much money going into defense, the Pentagon is made of gold and studded with diamonds. People don't even know how inflated the budget actually is because so much of the military budget is hidden. Right now the budget is larger than the rest of the world's, i.e. all the military budget's of all countries combined except the USA.

That would include Russia, China, France, England, Germany, Japan, Korea, and even Iran, and then every remaining country.

Barack sees a need to increase military spending because bloated beyond comprehension is not enough and without that increase we are weak, or he is 'weak on defense.'

There are no politically pure and ideologically inspiring candidates. You don't get to that position, being a presidential contender, without having bathed in the crap waters of corporate liquid money and back room wink and nod handshake sweat.

I'm bucking the trend and group think.

One thing we absolutely know is that the next president is walking into a freekin' mess.

McCain will make the mess deeper, thicker, and more wretched meaning he will increase the Iraq war into Iran and he will guide the economy into the cracked rusted toilet as opposed to the cleaner porcelain toilet it presently is being guided into.

Obama or Clinton will put on a happy face, take round after round of mortar attacks from Wall Street, neo-conservative media hacks and politicos, and be watched with a scrutiny that defies a colon scope. If they fail, and the bar for their failure is being set at below sea level, the new national pastime obsession will be born. Media executives are already salivating.

Obama could get elected on the strength of his desire to extract us for Iraq ASAP alone. Clinton cannot be believed on this issue no matter what she says. She'll fold to the desires of the military /Industrial crowd for a price. Billary IMO are classically corrupt players. Its all about the "gitas" ($) with Bill and Hillary don't be fooled by their talk. They talk a good game but go back and examine what this power couple actually did in the 90's. It was all warmed over Reaganism for the most part. They threw a few crumbs at the masses but not many. Can't stand him or her.
