The polling outfits are showing a late, modest surge towards Clinton. As I type we are roughly 30 hours away from knowing who the next president will be. Note that within the last 3 days, Five Thirty Eight has moved its forecast from a 64% chance of a Clinton victory to just moments ago, just shy of a 70% chance of a Clinton victory.

DRumpf's last gasp was the phony emails scandal and that's no longer helping him after the FBI
said it's was a false alarm. He's toast now the big ?/ is will he pull the Senate down with him?
I wish the email thing was cleared 7 days ago instead of 2. This is Comey's 'gift' to the USA and why he must be fired ASAP. Yes, at least a 50 - 50 Senate. The problem with the Senate though is 2018, because that's the year when many more Dem Senate seats are up for re-election and it's a freaking midterm when the Dems stay home. So the best scenario for the Dems is a 52 - 48 Senate, on the optimistic side.
She'll maybe have 2 yrs. to get anything done, maybe. Ryan is a master obstructionist and he will play hardball with her since he wants to be Pres. in 2020. His campaign starts on Nov. 9th. She needs to pack the court with liberals willing to overturn some of the disastrous Robert's Ct. decisions like CU and others. The GOP will do everything possible to destroy the Court if it's no longer theirs'.
They can try to destroy the court but they will pay a political price for doing that. Don't forget, video is forever, and there are so many GOPers talking about - let's let the American people decide on video, meaning let's wait to see who gets elected then we'll vote up or down on a nominee. Well, here we are. It's going to be fun watching these a-holes scramble trying to cover their shit.
