No proof. He doesn't care he just makes it a fact for his following by saying it's one. This is the new Reality we live in. Trump will bypass the media and lie directly through twitter to his lynch mob which is waiting for its daily diet of TRUMPism. This is exactly how Putin is running Russia today. He might even try to rule the country this way. Whose going to stop him and a lynch mob millions deep and armed to the teeth? He's a bully and bullies use intimidation to get their way. I think we're in for at least four yrs. probably eight of this and America will not be the same place when it's over.

The one good thing is that outfits like the Guardian are calling it like it is. Unfortunately, as we know, it's mostly preaching to the choir. But I agree, Trump clearly has no reason to stop invoking these kinds of extreme notions based on whatever he needs to say at that particular time. Here he's simply trying to preempt any discovery that the voting was rigged in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, or Michigan. His followers approve of it though. They are fear based facts of convenience. Cheney did the same thing. He would argue that you could basically call anyone a terrorist and then it was incumbent upon the accused to prove innocence. In the meanwhile, you had proof that there were tons of terrorists, you had prisons filled with them.

I'm afraid the place where we are headed is the one where anyone that opposes this man are going to be called traitors and hounded and harassed as such by him and his following. Tolerance is not considered a virtue in the Fascist universe. You can't say to TRump and many of his followers let's just agree to disagree. That's not going to be acceptable if I'm right.

It will be interesting to see how any of the reaction to Trump holds up. Will the NY Times remain critical, the Boston Globe, Washington Post, LA Times, MSNBC, etc etc etc. We shall see. My initial sense is that Trump wants wealth, more money more deals. I suspect he'll leave the nuisance of governance to Bannon and Pence.
