Afternoon Thoughts

  Walk, take long walks, keep moving. Movement is really good to help with depressing thoughts and overwhelming thoughts. Meditation is good if that's your thing. Yoga is good as it is about being aware of the body.

  I've been at this blog assiduously for many years and this last stretch with the election was consuming. I'm not going to quit the blog, but I need a rest. We need resolve, resolve is probably always there, it's just that it gets buried over. My resolve is a little buried over right now. I have no interest in the TV or in the articles. There's really just one conclusion, Trump is the president elect. That's called reality.
