If you are not from the area and are curious to know what the ordinary people face in Capital District, here is an all too common occurrence. The robberies were committed at gunpoint, physical assault as well. The area involved is a devolving middle class part of town with lots of students. Keep in mind that the temperature has not risen above freezing here in quite some time, and that the streets are packed with snow.
