Human League hit 1981. Big Int'l dance hall hit. I never saw this band. It only toured the US once and then broke up.
I especially like the visuals. Musically its almost a 1 to 1 conversion. Funny how now I judge "music" videos on the visual content rather than the music.
Personally, I don't care that much for music videos that insist on acting the lyrics out visually. Music is meant to be listened to. If you need to visualize the story line then it's Opera, isn't it? I think personally music is best left to the imagination of the listener. Performance music videos though are ok. Ask yourself how many music videos do you actually remember the music? I bet not that many and those are performance videos not movie type videos.
I think acting out references to movies is a dumb idea but this piece is very well done and witty. thanks Jim. I sent it to Cathy but it won't play in Germany.
