Obesity

I'm reading the numbers on obesity here. Two thirds (66%) of all Americans are overweight or obese. I have to say I'm speechless. That is outrageous. You want to see health care costs come down, get down to fighting weight. Yikes!

Two thirds of Americans are overweight or obese, with 72 million U.S. adults, or 26.7 percent, being obese, with a body mass index or BMI, of 30 or more.
