Affair Plus Trial

Talk about being hapless. This guy snoops on his wife's email and finds out she is having an affair. They get divorced and now he faces a court trial for hacking into her computer. No mention of alimony but that would be the topper.

Allegedly the trial has major implications in how a particular hacking law is enforced.

Walker was charged after opening the Gmail account of his wife, Clara, who was married twice previously. Walker found she was having an affair with her second husband, who had once been arrested for beating her in front of her young son from her first husband.


Walker is due to stand trial in February.
