I just made a completely rocking health food lunch for myself. Its still making me happy.
- Sauteed some tempeh and some mushrooms in canola oil.
- Toasted a multigrain wrap and spread some horseradish on it, not too much though.
- Put some arugula and carrot on the wrap.
- Tossed in the hot sauteed tempeh and mushrooms.
- Wrapped it up and ate it like it was my last meal.
That puppy was tasty.
I almost forgot the very small glass of fresh pomegranate juice.
