The Market On Friday

Good morning.

At 8:34 a.m. futures have just turned positive on the news that non farm payrolls increased by 151,000. Amazing is it not. A few days after Obama's Dems are booted for the economy, the DOW is floating over 11,000 and now we have this larger uptick in jobs.

Hehe, just got to love the American people. Bachman is now in charge of some committee with all types of subpoena power. The thing about Bachman is that she fits an interesting type of American who is increasingly on the ascendancy. That would be the person that is too stupid to recognize that they are stupid. Or if you prefer, not intelligent enough to recognize that they are completely stupid. And so this new type which is all the rave and rage throughout this great land, has virtually no recognition of their own activity and how it adversely effects the total environment. Glenn Beck is of this ilk.

But hey, Wall Street is pleased. The god of the investment dollar is glowing bright brilliant green right now. The money river is wide open, and the billions and billions of dollars are pouring in.
