N. Korea if they were really nutz could launch a pre-emptive EMP attack on S. Korea and Japan and bring both countries to a grinding smoking halt as all the unshielded electronics in both those highly advanced and highly electronic societies fried.
I would like to see North Korea simply act like an ordinary country.
