How To Beat The Common Cold

Great news, consistent aerobic exercise will help shield you from the common cold.

Make sure you continue your efforts through the winter. I just bought some LL Bean flannel lined jeans and two silk undershirts specifically so I could continue with my morning walk when it gets colder. I bought the good walking boots last month.
