Watch Out

Podhoretz secretly urged Bush to bomb Iran

Is Guiliani, all that bad. If you take a look at who is advising him on foreign policy, you will see that it is neocon stalwart Norman Podhoretz.

The term neocon alone should stop any attuned politically minded person in their tracks.

If one were to simply examine the PNAC document, "Rebuilding America's Defenses", and directly link it to Podhoretz then a Guiliani presidency would consist of the same all war all the time "foreign policy" that the Bush neocon presidency dispenses.

Expect to hear fear mongering as the basic political ploy of the Guiliani campaign.

No less a figure than Rush Limbaugh said on Wednesday, during his radio show, that Podhoretz’s most recent book is “a no-holds-barred, brilliant explanation of just what we face around the world, not just here in our country.”

He is a senior foreign policy adviser to Republican front-runner Rudy Giuliani. He participates in weekly conference calls with the campaign and says he is in constant contact via e-mail with the foreign policy team.
