OK got it, This is the "PNAC" document that we have studied since 03, gave workshops on it and I've written about it more times than I want to count.
I'm glad that people are getting onto this thing.
It also states that a new Pearl Harbor will be necessary for the implementation of these plans.
This is why there are so many 9-11 conspiracy people. Exactly one year after the document is published, Bush and the neo-cons are in power, and bam - 9-11 occurs.
Eh, sorry about that... I'd misread the dateline for that article. 2002 for 2007. Of course I've read that document, and in fact read it aloud to children around nighttime campfires.
