Head Shaking Fodder

Saddam asked Bush for $1bn to go into exile

Saddam Hussein offered to step down and go into exile one month before the invasion of Iraq, it was claimed last night.

Fearing defeat, Saddam was prepared to go peacefully in return for £500million ($1billion).

Who can even possibly comment on this. Where does one start?

But, how could all of Emperor BV$H's cronies make billions off the war if we gave Saddam a few bucks to skaddle? Isn't war about making a killing ($) with other people's lives?

The military industrial prison privatization complex was getting a little creaky and needed to be unleashed for a spell. Somebody had to test out all those brilliant neo-con ideas.

Its the perfect confluence of evil. OIL companies and weapons manufactures, to name just a few of the evil MF'ers that are behind this disaster.

This may sound naive, but I am convinced Bush is a megalomaniac. I have resisted this choosing instead to simply view Bush as an authoritarian. But he is way beyond that, and this revelation of a simple exile by Saddam that would have averted this whole profoundly disastrous war is completely heartbreaking. What a fool.
