Ruth Albert, a 65-year-old retired postal worker whom I met outside a Trump event in Exeter, N.H., in February, told me that Trump’s immigration policy was a big reason she was attracted to him. “Why should people sneak in?” she said. Albert herself is a descendant of Josiah Bartlett, a signer of the Declaration of Independence, and lives in the family’s ancestral home.

Trump is channeling a lot of the racist and Xenophobic anger in the GOP base. No matter what he says or does they'll vote for him if for no other reason then they HATE OBAMA and see HRC as his heir. The Dems. especially the Clinton's are making an enormous mistake if they think Trump's high negatives even among his own party will amount to much in the fall. Republicans VOTE and if HRC just goes along arrogantly believing they won't because Donald is so foolish or he's whatever then she'll lose and frankly if she does that she deserves to.
Yes, she has to take him very seriously. Another thing about Trump that has these people loving him is that he'll take the fight to the lowest level. These Trump followers love that stuff, the dirtier and cruder, the better. Give Hillary credit here though, she's got a tough hide, she'll stay solid. Trump is a bully and he does anything to create a crack in the other person's psyche. Hey just wait till it goes into the general election, Trump's own cracks will get deeper too. He's far from being the perfect candidate.
