Politico: Poll: Majority of Republicans want the party to unite behind Trump
But should Trump fail to accrue the necessary 1,237 delegates, 54 percent of those polled said the party should back Trump for the nomination anyway. More than a third said the delegates should nominate another person, and 7 percent were unsure.

In the end they'll hold their noses and vote for Trump anyway just like many on the (D) side like myself will hold our noses and vote for HRC.
That's probably true, but I think the percentage that will stay home will be up a bit. I can't recall a candidate who is so bitterly and widely disliked within his own party at least not in recent years.
