150 mil. a copy for this thing. The Pentagon is still fighting the Cold War. That's why Cheney did everything possible to reignite it the last 4 yrs. Just what we need MAD back. These people are friggin crazy.
The Republicans did a very good job of engraving the notion that cutting military spending is akin to weakness. You have to be "strong" on defense if you want to be politically credible.
