I caught that interview. Matthews really let Gaffney have it. He didn't give him an inch. Gaffney was and still is a big time cheerleader for the Iraq war. I can't stand people like him, arrogant as hell and still lying on top of everything we all know. I have nothing but contempt for the whole neo-con crowd.

Their arrogance knows no bounds.

They wanted to invade Iraq way back in the early 90s. They created PNAC and placed it on Bush's desk from day one. Invading Iraq was a top priority. All this intelligence failure talk is pure bullshit. Scott Ritter knew there was no WMD and he told the world about it. He was a top weapons inspector in Iraq. They are lying to cover their asses. I hope the pressure stays high on the neocons.

I've been saying it all along, the neocons are to be feared more than any other group. Who exactly is scarier at this point in time.

With Obama in power they are simply laying low for the moment. What I fear is a resurgent Republican party because these guys got a taste of absolute power under Bush and they will work their tricky minds out to regain this power. Palin is the perfect neocon candidate, stupid, clueless, ready to pump up divisive rhetoric. She would make an even better puppet than Bush for the neocons.

Your right about Palin. She's another uber ambitious pol that will do whatever it takes too win. Plus, she shares the same qualities of character ( or lack thereof) as BV$H. Add sex appeal and u have the perfect neo-fascist hand puppet for 2012.
