Aging

Science Daily: Poor diet and lack of exercise accelerate the onset of age-related conditions in mice
summary - Could an unhealthy diet and lack of exercise be making you age faster? Researchers believe there is a link between these modifiable lifestyle factors and the biological processes of aging. In a recent study, researchers demonstrated that a poor diet and lack of exercise accelerated the onset of cellular senescence and, in turn, age-related conditions in mice.

REALLY?
Do we really need research to show that on "a biological level and a clinical level, poor nutrition choices and inactive lifestyles do accelerate aging?"

I thought the same thing but they are unraveling more of the subtle answers about why. I post it in the hope that somebody that might doubt such a thing, aging for these reasons, might become more motivated to watch the diet and to exercise. It's good for me too, because I can get a little slack....
