This guy tries to be everything to everybody and comes up way short. His climate strategy is like all the rest of his Presidency long on words and way short on action. How can you talk about "clean coal" and be taken seriously on this issue.

It's true but he still seems better than McCain or Romney by at least a few yards, maybe feet.
