Very simple solution to reform - get the pedophiles out thank you very much, quit the cover ups and fess up, also try loosening the sexual repression school of thought in order to help people gain a healthier notion of sexuality rather than a darkly lit repressed one. Oh yes one last thing, throw the guilty into jail, money for the abused, and throw out those that covered it up.
