Pathetic is all I can say about this loser. I mean really with 3.5 billion real women on Earth this healthy young man needs to play with dolls?
Something definitely does not sound right here. It could be that someone is so socially phobic that they can't even talk with a woman, its possible.

I've been thinking about this and here is my armchair crackpot analysis.
The guy in the clip is an engineer. Engineer often are very adept with objective thinking. Usually people are not great with everything and so subjectivity and feeling are probably pretty weak in his way of reasoning. So look what he did. He turned the sex - relationship huge matrix into a highly objectified and analytical activity. The "women" are robots - no thoughts no feelings just whatever he assigns them to be. And he blesses the entire thing with value because he's spent over 150g's on it all - so far. That too is more objectification.
I just think he's into 3D cartoon porn. Cartoon porn is pretty big in japan.
I worked with engineer types for yrs. and some of them are definitely challenged when it comes to right mind activities like sex and relationships. They're geeks and this guy is a geek. He's probably a retard around real women.
