I found Jindal's delivery to be grating. We knew the content before he even opened his mouth. You correctly state the 5 legged elephant in the room which is that they have not learned a single thing. What they still are committed to is winning the media war. So Jindal starts talking crap about corruption and blah blah blah, hoping that nobody remembers the Bush monstrosity. They are committed to the idea that if you keep telling the lie eventually people will believe its the truth.
