6000 Here We Come

Another day, another few dollars poorer.

The DOW is heading for the 6000s. Hard to believe but the operative word seems to be "is", Bill Clinton's favorite word.

I wish I knew how to console anyone including myself on this information. Its a new world out there.

Reuters: Wall Street slides as Dow marks 6-year low
The Dow Jones industrial average slid 89.68 points, or 1.19 percent, to 7,465.95. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index fell 9.48 points, or 1.20 percent, to 778.94. The Nasdaq Composite Index declined 25.15 points, or 1.71 percent, to 1,442.82.

I think your right. The DOW won't turn around till all the cards in this huge debt built house of cards fall. That might take a while, as we still don't know what rotten crap is sitting in all the banks. The shake out is long over do. The lessons of 2000 didn't stick so we'll do this again till we get it right. The sad part is the people that are most responsible for this mess probably for the most part will get away with their robbery. Bernie M. will be the poster child and lamb, but the whole mess really was little more then a BIG Ponzi scheme and now it's over. For the time being. Want to buy some stock in Helium 3?? Cheap for u Senor!

Actually I believe that eventually it will turn around. The best thing to do is to be patient. It looks like its going to sink some more.
