One example might be - someone loses their house in a terrible fire, at the same time they also learn that a loved one is terminally ill. We all know this type of scenario in our own lives. Sometimes the complications just keep piling on and on.
Here we see the suffering of suffering occurring in Iraq. In this case, it has to do with the addition of a broken water system that is mixing sewage with previously potable water.
All this suffering is the result of the neo-con and Bush led drive to an elective war, a war of choice. How can someone choose to go to war as an elective thing to do. We have difficulty wrapping our minds around that one.

But the opposite happened for BV$H's friends. It was pile on $$$ and power. 9/11 might have been a disaster for America but for BV$H et al. it was a dream come true and they've ridden it like a huge wave now for 8 yrs.
This is true. This is the nature of disaster capitalism. Somebody has to take the shit end of the stick in order for somebody else to get the platinum end. The idea is to manufacture this scenario. That is what Bush would call creative.
