People that live in parts of N.O. that are well below sea level are just tempting fate.
Yeah, I gotta think living below sea level and right on the Gulf of Mexico is not the best idea.
Many lack commonsense. That's what Gov't is suppose to remedy. But, it seems that most Gov'ts lack it as well these days.
